Then the Brixham Fish Market tour is for you, where you could see over 40 different types of fish at the auctions. Annually, more than £25 million of fish is landed and auctioned. Buyers include national processors (for supplying to top restaurants and supermarkets), and local fishmongers and restaurants. A good 50% of the auction is exported worldwide. Come along and see the auctions in action, as featured in the Sky Atlantic series 'Fish Town'. You will be guided around by Barry Young of Brixham Trawler Agents, who has years of experience in the fish trade. After the tour we then head off for an English breakfast.
