With our unique sloping floor, water heated to 29°C, flume, wave machine and friendly, qualified lifeguards you are guaranteed an enjoyable time. We have activities for all ages including our water-play activity centre  toddler slide, featuring water jets, fill ‘n’ spill buckets, hand wheels and water wheels. You will be spoilt for choice with the range of activities we have on offer including our famous fun session, swimming lessons, courses and classes.   Health & Fitness Suite ~ Lifestyle Health & Fitness Suite is one of Torquay's longest standing gyms with experienced instructors and extensive facilities. Our fully qualified Fitness Instructors can help support you by creating a specific exercise programme to help you achieve your goals. Whether you are looking to lose weight or tone up we have 57 fitness machines, including an extensive range of cardiovascular and resistance machines, a large selection of free weights, dedicated fitness studio running a comprehensive aerobics timetable, and wet facilities.
