Pier attractions have been big business for entertaining children and adults alike since the 1800s. Today it has over twenty different entertainment options – meaning that you and the family will find something to suit everyone during your visit. For the smaller ones in your party there are trampolines, a bouncy castle, face-painting and a rock and sweet shop. For the older children you will find the Mega Slide, Crazy golf, ten pin bowling, the Orbiter dodgems, a shooting gallery and the chance to have a go at steering round a remote controlled car. But what of the adults? For those patient accompanying adults you will find a variety of the latest machines to occupy you as the children play. And after that, it might be time to sort some food out – so you’ll be glad to hear that you have options ranging from a takeaway, to the ever-popular burger and chips, something from the Seafood Kiosk and then doughnuts or candy floss afterwards! Open year round, but subject to weather conditions, Paignton Pier makes a great day out in wet or dry weather.
