The history of the town and the Great Western Railway explores the town’s links with the railways. Information on Brunel’s great engineering achievements, such as his atmospheric railway system and Broad Gauge locomotives.

The Museum rooms are all on one level. Occasional exhibitions upstairs can be accessed by stair lift.

Walks – Town Trails ~
During the closure period the museum offers Town Trails, dependant on the weather.
