We are great fans of the new Livings Coasts attraction in Torquay. To support this good cause we are adopting a Fur Seal. If we can raise enough funds we will then adopt a penguin and more animals at a later date. Its up to you! The more who register on this page the more we can support this cause!

For everyone who registers with torquay.com, we contribute 10p to Living Coasts to adopt an animal. Torquay.com gets over 15,000 visitors a month, if everyone contributed then this would be £1,500 per month. We don't expect this to happen of course, but every small amount makes a difference! You will be kept informed of the animals progress and amounts raised. Please be assured your contact details will not be disclosed to any third party.

The South American Fur Seals steal the show for most people as they did for us. Clearly enjoying the company and attentions of humans, these lovable creatures can be seen swimming swiftly below the surface, playing in the clear waters and enjoying the Torquay sunshine on the exposed rocks. To allow these wonderful creatures to thrive and enjoy their lives requires funding however. As Living Coasts is part of a charitable organisation, being part of the same group as Paignton Zoo, any extra revenue is always welcome.
